Expecting nothing different than what I had been seeing on the scale for far too long, I was shocked to see that I'm 2.8 pounds lighter... I now know something I've been eating has been keeping me bloated and sluggish. I can't remember the last time I felt more awake and alert like I do this morning. Because of this not-so-minor success, I've decided to continue with the 10 day program. This is important because I had pretty much resigned myself to failure before even starting.
