This time though, I woke up in a bit of a fright, I have no idea why, I calmed down in a few seconds and thought no, there is no way checked my watch, and yep it's four ****ing thirty. I tried for half an hour to go back to sleep, but in the end, called in a day or a night depending on how you look at it, because I managed to sleep during the day yesterday, I didn’t get much done, so I am going to crack on with those jobs and then take Monkey to school and see where I end up. Also will try to learn this new book from Christian G (Blue Heron Health News). Pretty sure this gonna work for me.
