The Bigness Project fitness program by Jen Sinkler. I never really thought that I listened to my body but I guess back then I actually listened more than I thought. I couldn’t be bothered to exercise so I didn’t. That’s not an excuse not to work out. But actually rather than a lack of motivation, subconsciously my mind knew that I needed to take care of other things first. Through these 4 years I have battled with my body; trying to strike the perfect balance and working out how I could nourish it whilst at the same time gets the results that I so desperately desired.
