Start by adding seasoning to your healthy meals and mixing things up. Don’t eat the same things every day. Expand your taste buds and acquire the tastes for the healthy vegetables one day at a time. Next figure out how you are going to reward yourself. It can be anything you wish and it doesn’t have to cost you anything. One thing I’ve learned is I need at least one meal a week where I can eat something and not feel guilty. I have also learned that my cravings are 100% mental. By eating healthy and sticking to my 21 day fix serving guide, I have eliminated my daily cravings. I’d say after the first week is when I noticed I wasn’t craving fast food.
